The present invention provides a needle instrument for orbital fat repositioning surgery, the needle instrument having a circular arc shape, being used in order to fix orbital fat to be downwardly repositioned at the lacrimal groove during orbital fat repositioning surgery, and comprising: a body part having a rectangular cross-section, and grabbed by a needle holder during surgery; needle parts, which are extendedly formed at both sides of the body part such that each one side and the other side thereof are gradually tapered, are made of a round tip, and are formed such that the one side is blunter than the other side; and a thread press coupling part, which is provided at one end of the body part, is formed at a position corresponding to 1/5 to 1-6 of the total length from one end of the needle instrument and spaced 0.5-1 mm from the one end of the body part, and allows a thread to be attached thereto by penetratively forming a through-hole, connecting a thread to the through-hole, and then pressing all of both surfaces of the body part by means of a press.
