PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a quantitative liquid supplying device substitutable for an expensive quantitative pump, and to provide a hydroponic system using the quantitative liquid supplying device.SOLUTION: A quantitative liquid supplying device includes a pressurizing pump 20 supplying air, a liquid absorbing vessel 24 discharging nutritious liquid in a nutritious liquid tank 22 by air from the pressurizing pump 20, a quantitative cylinder 40 to introduce nutritious liquid discharged from the liquid absorbing vessel 24 thereinto, and set with a sensor detecting introduction of a prescribed amount of nutritious liquid, and a controller 10 stopping drive of the pressurizing pump 20 when the sensor of the quantitative cylinder 40 detects a prescribed amount of nutritious liquid.
