PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a refilling container for a liquid discharge device capable of simply replacing liquid to be discharged, and to provide a liquid discharge device equipped with the same capable of discharging a predetermined amount of liquid without necessity of discriminating the type of liquid.
SOLUTION: The cartridge 100 is provided with a tank part 100a to store the liquid 102 and a pump part 100b driven by a driving signal given from the outside and to discharge the liquid within the tank part 100a to the outside. The pump part 100b has an oscillating plate 210 to determine the amount of the liquid discharged to the outside in accordance with the constant driving signal given from the outside, a piezoelectric element 211, an electric resistor 710 and an electric resistor 720.
