PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a biological information detector and a seat with a backrest capable of accurately detecting biological information on a person to be measured while reducing a burden on the person to be measured with no contact or no constraint.SOLUTION: A biological information detector includes first blood flow measurement means 2 provided to a seating face of a seat for measuring a blood flow state of the popliteal artery of a person M to be measured sitting on the seat, second blood flow measurement means 3 provided to a back surface part of the seat for measuring a blood flow state of the thoracic aorta of the person to be measured, and blood pressure calculation means for obtaining a pulse wave propagation speed and an arteriosclerotic level from blood flow data measured by the first blood flow measurement means 2 and blood flow data measured by the second blood flow measurement means 3, and calculating blood pressures of the popliteal artery and the thoracic aorta of the person to be measured based on the pulse wave propagation speed and the arteriosclerotic level.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1COPYRIGHT: (C)2016,JPO&INPIT【課題】被測定者に対して非接触かつ非拘束にてする負担を軽減しつつ、被測定者の生体情報を高精度に検出することができる生体情報検出装置および背もたれ付シートを提供する。【解決手段】生体情報検出装置は、シートの座面部に設けられ、該シートに着座した被測定者Mの膝窩動脈の血流状態を計測する第1血流計測手段2と、前記シートの背面部に設けられ、前記被測定者の胸部大動脈の血流状態を計測する第2血流計測手段3と、第1血流計測手段2により計測された血流データおよび第2血流計測手段3により計測された血流データから、脈波伝搬速度および動脈硬化度を求め、当該脈波伝搬速度および動脈硬化度に基づいて、前記被測定者の膝窩動脈および胸部大動脈の血圧をそれぞれ算出する血圧算出手段と、を備える。【選択図】図1
