PURPOSE: A soup manufacturing apparatus is provided to apply the apparatus in a vending machine as soup can be conveniently cooked and the cooked soup can be easily withdrawn and hygienically managed by the apparatus. CONSTITUTION: A cooking cask(10) includes a spiral part along an inner circumference surface to stir or withdraw a cooking material in a direction of rotation, and the cooking cask can be heated to cook the cooking material. A rotation means rotatably supports the cooking cask and rotates the cooking cask by receiving a rotating power from an electric motor. A supporting means firmly supports the rotation means. A control means controls the electric motor to adjust a rotating state of the cooking cask. The cooking cask receives power from the outside with a slip ring for power supply at a lower part of the cooking cask as a medium. Thus a heating device(40) for heating the cooking cask may be installed inside the cooking cask. The rotation means is axis-installed in the cooking cask, receives a rotating power from the electric motor through a rotation power transferring member(13). The rotation means comprises a rotation axis(22) for rotating the cooking cask and a bearing member for rotatably supporting the rotation axis.
