The present disclosure generally relates to a method for modifying surface of a live cell. In particular, this method is selective for modification of a live cell surface using a multi-functional cargo agent. This method may find applications in imaging, medical diagnosis, manufacture of biotherapeutics, as well as a therapeutic agent.La présente invention concerne en général un procédé de modification de la surface d'une cellule vivante. En particulier, ce procédé est sélectif pour la modification d'une surface de cellule vivante à l'aide d'un agent de charge multifonctionnel.
