PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a seedling planter settled a problem that, in a large-sized seedling planter, a wide seedling planting apparatus is attached to the rear of a narrow traveling body and seedlings are transplanted on plural rows by one travel so that the lateral ends of the seedling planting apparatus are excessively projected from the traveling body and storage and transportation are difficult. SOLUTION: This seedling planter is formed to control the planting depth of the seedling by turn control of a depth adjusting shaft 48 set at the front under side of a seedling planting frame 33 and by changing spaces between the rear end parts of plural floats 57 and the seedling planting frame 33 and a side frame 35 due to the regulation of rotation of a side adjusting shaft 50 and by providing the side adjusting shaft 50 set under the side frame 35 and having a shaft center overlapping the depth adjusting shaft 48, and the side adjusting shaft 50 is made separable from the depth adjusting shaft 48, and is formed so that the seedling planting frame 33 and supporting frames 39 each of which is projected obliquely back upper side from rear end of the side frame 35 are connected through a second shaft 42 set along the inclination of a seedling table to be able to fold the side frame 35 on a seedling planting frame 33 by turning around the second shaft 42.
