To provide a medical image diagnosis support apparatus capable of supporting diagnosis of a lesion based on a plurality of medical images.SOLUTION: A specification device 20 acquires a plurality of cross-sectional images acquired while scanning an imaging object in a predetermined direction. The specification device discriminates a type of a lesion for each of the plurality of acquired cross-sectional images by using a learning model of the learning based on teacher data including a lesion image and a type of the lesion for the lesion image.
