The invention relates to new solid pharmaceutical forms for buccal administration of agomelatine.A solid buccal pharmaceutical composition is described, intended for systemic action, comprising agomelatine or one of its hydrates, complexes, co-crystals, crystalline forms, addition salts with a pharmaceutically acceptable acid or base, and one or more excipients selected from diluents, binders, flow agents, lubricants, coating agents, plasticizers, flavourings, counter-irritants and sweeteners, characterized in that it makes it possible to obtain slow release of the active ingredient and an absolute bioavailability greater than 25%.The composition has the form of a tablet, a lozenge or a pastille to be sucked, which are obtained by hot-melt extrusion or injection-moulding.The buccal administration of agomelatine with slow release of the active ingredient allows of considerably increasing its bioavailability.Inventia se refera la forme farmaceutice solide noi ale agomelatinei pentru administrare bucala.Este descrisa o compozitie farmaceutica bucala solida, destinata actiunii sistemice, ce contine agomelatina sau unul dintre hidratii, complecsii sai, cocristale, forme cristaline, sarurile sale de aditie cu un acid sau o baza acceptabila farmaceutic, si unul sau mai multi excipienti selectati din diluanti, lianti, agenti de curgere, lubrifianti, agenti de acoperire, plastifianti, substante aromatizante, contra-iritanti si îndulcitori, obtinuta cu asigurarea eliberarii lente a ingredientului activ si a unei biodisponibilitati absolute mai mari de 25%.Preparatul de supt are forma unui comprimat, unei tablete sau unei pastile, care se obtin prin extruziunea masei topite fierbinti sau injectarea în forme.Administrarea bucala a agomelatinei cu eliberarea lenta a ingredientului activ permite cresterea semnificativa a biodisponibilitatii ei.
