Provided is a uterine cervix adhesion prevention device, the device including: a hollow drainage tube inserted into a uterocervical canal; a support cap connected to one end of the hollow drainage tube and configured to extend over a uterus entrance; and at least one fixing leg connected to an opposite end of the hollow drainage tube, and unfolded in the uterus to position the hollow drainage tube. According to the present invention, provided is a device capable of preventing adhesion of the uterine cervix after recovery by helping the recovery of an affected part after cervical conization, such that a simpler surgical operation may be carried out and the convenience of use and stability thereof may be improved.
