PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a self-propelled spraying machine enabling an operation worker to separate from a running chassis by making the running chassis self-propelled in a determined direction by the take-up force of a hose, perfectly preventing the accident of the operation worker caused by a chemical liquid and capable of easily and safely performing a spray work, especially in a greenhouse. SOLUTION: The self-propelled spraying machine is equipped with the chassis 1 running by front and rear wheels, the engine 3 mounted on the chassis, the spray nozzle 4 arranged in front of the chassis, a take-up mechanism comprising a hose winder 5 or the like arranged on the chassis in a state made drivable by the engine and the hose 7 taken up by the hose winder of the take-up mechanism and connected to the spray nozzle at its base end part and rearwardly drawn out of the hose winder at the other end part to be connected to a power sprayer on the ground and, when the hose is taken up by driving the take-up mechanism by the engine, the hose is taken up from the starting point being the hose part fixed on the side of the power sprayer to rearwardly advance the chassis and, during this rearward advance, the chemical liquid is sprayed from the spray nozzle.
