PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cosmetic which suppresses the reduction in hydrogen gas generating capacity of a hydrogen generating compound during storage of a two-part hydrogen generating cosmetic in which a hydrogen generating agent containing the hydrogen generating compound and a hydrogen generating assistant are separately packaged, and the swell of a package in which the hydrogen generating agent is enclosed.SOLUTION: The present invention relates to a cosmetic 1 in which a hydrogen generating agent containing a hydrogen generating compound, which reacts with water to generate hydrogen, and a hydrogen generating assistant 13 containing water are separately packaged, and when applied to a skin, these are mixed to obtain a mixed agent 14 containing hydrogen gas.
