PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a side rail with a holding mechanism which permits an erectly provided condition to be held even in an eventuality and only an upward rotation side to be rotatably held when it is held in a horizontal condition.SOLUTION: On the one hand the holding mechanism of the side rail in a stretcher is structured so as to fasten a first supporting shaft and a second supporting shaft to a bottom supporting frame, arrange a slide member 24 and a lever member 13 bearing a locking member 10 and connecting and separating the locking member on the second supporting shaft, and hold and bind the side rail in an erectly provided condition by the engagement of the second supporting shaft 8, an irregular notch 8d and a pawl portion 11a provided in the locking member, and on the other hand, the holding mechanism is structured so as to insert a horizontal holding shaft into the second supporting shaft movably in the axial direction without rotation around the axis, attach a side rail board through an L-shape guide hole made up of a slide hole 35a and a rotation hole 35b which a horizontal holding pin fastened to the end of the horizontal holding shaft passes, and hold it horizontally in a condition where the horizontally holding pin can rotate upward by moving in the rotation hole of the bearing by separating the irregular notch and the pawl portion.COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT【課題】不測の場合にも立設状態は保持されるとともに、水平状態で保持した場合には上方回動側のみ回動可能に保持できる保持機構を備えたサイドレールを提供する。【解決手段】ボトム支持フレームに第一支持軸と第二支持軸を止着し、該第二支持軸にロック部材10を軸承し該ロック部材を接離操作するスライド規制部材24とレバー部材13を配し、該第二支持軸8とロック部材に設けた凹状切欠8dと爪部11aとの係合によりサイドレールを立設状態で保持拘束するよう構成する一方、第二支持軸内に軸周りに回転なしに軸方向に移動可能となるように水平保持軸を挿通し、該水平保持軸の端部に止着した水平保持ピンが通過するスライド孔35aと回動孔35bからなるL字状のガイド孔を備えた軸受を介してサイドレールボードを取り付け、前記凹状切欠と爪部を離間して前記水平保持ピンが軸受の回動孔内を移動することで上方回動できる状態で水平保持する。【選択図】図8
