To provide a portable air-conditioning device capable of mounting all of constituent devices on a human body.SOLUTION: All of the constituent devices of a heat pump type air-conditioning device are configured to be attachable to a human body. A compressor 12 constituting a refrigerant supplying part 10 for supplying a refrigerant, a power source part 20 and a radiator 14 for releasing heat from the refrigerant compressed by the compressor are integrated and housed in a body container, and a large number of blade-like cooling fins are provided on the surface of the body container.
