The purpose of the present invention is to provide a system for producing fermented milk, capable of easily controlling the viscosity of a fermented culture. The system for producing fermented milk according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises: a curd crusher which includes a plurality of scrapers to crush the curd of an introduced fermented culture； a first dispersion device which is connected to the curd crusher and disperses the fermented culture, of which the curd has been crushed； and a second dispersion device which is connected to the first dispersion device and again disperses the fermented culture which has been dispersed in the first dispersion device.본 발명의 실시예에 따른 발효유 제조 시스템은 다수의 스크래이퍼를 내부에 구비하여 투입된 발효 배양액에 대한 커드 분쇄를 수행하는 커드 분쇄기, 상기 커드 분쇄기에 연결되고, 상기 커드 분쇄된 발효 배양액의 분산처리를 수행하는 제 1 분산장치, 및 상기 제 1 분산장치에 연결되고, 상기 제 1 분산장치에서 분산처리된 발효 배양액을 유입하여 다시 분산처리를 수행하는 제 2 분산장치를 포함한다.
