The present invention relates to a complex range having a plurality of cooking modes, that are, a grill mode and an oven mode. The complex range according to the present invention comprises: a main body for storing a target to be cooked； and a heat source for heating the target to be cooked, and has a grill mode capable of directly heating a target to be cooked and an oven mode capable of indirectly heating a target to be cooked by heating internal air of the main body. The complex range further comprises: a selection unit for selecting a desired taste of coffee beans among a first taste having a relatively stronger sour taste and a second taste having a relatively stronger bitter taste； and a control unit for controlling a cooking mode by a predetermined method according to a taste selected by the selection unit.
