Thus, the human body cleansing composition for removing chlorine according to the present invention can safely and effectively remove chlorine components, chlorine disinfection byproducts and bacteria remaining on the skin by comprising herbal medicines containing tannin components, and prevent various diseases including skin diseases caused by the chlorine.본 발명은 탄닌을 유효성분으로 함유하는 한약재를 포함하고, 한약재는 토복령, 하고초 및 측백엽 중에서 선택되는 1종 이상을 포함하는 염소 제거용 인체 세정제 조성물에 관한 것이다. 이에 의하여, 본 발명의 염소 제거용 인체 세정제 조성물은 탄닌 성분을 함유하는 한약재를 포함하여 피부에 잔류하고 있는 염소 성분, 염소 소독 부산물 및 세균을 안전하고 효과적으로 제거할 수 있고, 그로 인해 유발되는 피부질환을 포함한 각종 질환을 예방할 수 있는 효과가 있다.
