The device (1) has a handle (4) transversely arranged at an end of a tubular body (2), which is provided with an opening at another end. A rod is movably arranged inside the tubular body. A brush (7) is abrasively arranged at an end of the rod. A drive unit is arranged at another end of the rod. A trigger (13) is movably mounted on the handle between a position in which the drive unit is stationary, and another position in which the drive unit drives the rod. The brush comprises multiple nylon bristles abrasively arranged on circumference of a cylindrical element. The drive unit is designed as a pneumatic motor or electric motor or hybrid electric motor and hybrid pneumatic motor.L'invention a pour principal objectif de fournir un dispositif et un ensemble d'abrasion pleurale présentant une manipulation facile et précise. La solution proposée par l'invention est un dispositif d'abrasion pleurale comprenant : - un corps tubulaire (2) comportant, à l'une de ses extrémités, une ouverture (3) et à son autre extrémité, une poignée (4) agencée transversalement audit corps tubulaire, - une tige (6) agencée mobile à l'intérieur du corps tubulaire (2), - une brosse (7) abrasive agencée à une extrémité de la tige (6), - un moyen d'entrainement agencé à l'autre extrémité de la tige (6), - une gâchette (13) montée mobile sur la poignée (4) entre une position dans laquelle le moyen d'entrainement est à l'arrêt et une position dans laquelle le moyen d'entrainement entraine la tige (6). Un autre aspect de l'invention concerne un ensemble d'abrasion pleurale comportant : - un dispositif d'abrasion pleurale conforme à l'invention, - des tiges de rechange et des brosses de rechange conditionnées dans des emballages plastiques stériles.
