PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method to enable artificially culture harvesting in large quantities ashore by making a green algae mill a culture industry.SOLUTION: The method is for trying to stably harvest pure green algae mill a whole year preparing for the necessity for a large amount of green algae mills by cutting of the medullary cord elongated from utricle after the utricle of the green algae mill is unfolded discretely extracting only the medullary cord performing culture in order to make the shredded medullary cord into the single alga making the medullary cord as a medullary cord assembly agglomerate by continuing aeration culture furthermore continuing the culture to make it agglomerated seed and seedling 6 of an upright position of the green algae mill and carrying out land culture while making the agglomerated seeds and seedings 6 of the upright body float within a water tank.COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT【課題】緑藻ミルを養殖産業として陸上で人為的に多量に養殖収穫できる方法を提供する。【解決手段】緑藻ミルの胞嚢をバラバラにほぐしてから、胞嚢から伸長した髄糸を細断し、細断された髄糸を単藻化するために培養を行って髄糸のみ抽出し、その髄糸を継続通気培養して髄糸集合集塊とし、さらに培養を継続して緑藻ミルの直立体の集塊化種苗6とし、その直立体の集塊化種苗6を水槽内で浮遊させながら陸上養殖を実施し、多量の緑藻ミルの必要性に備え、周年安定して純粋な緑藻ミルの収穫をしようとするものである。【選択図】図3
