PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for imparting a beer-like flavor to a non-fermented beer-flavored beverage.SOLUTION: A manufacturing method of a non-fermented beer-flavored beverage includes a step of adding 8 mg/ml or more of macromolecular sugar and 0.008 to 100 parts by weight of sweet substance relative to 100 parts by weight of macromolecular sugar to drinking water.
