PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a common seedling-extrusion and hole-opening dual-purpose instrument which enables seedling extrusion to extrude seedlings smoothly with seedling extrusion pins and hole opening to form appropriate holes using hole opening pins, and reduces cost in seedling raising work processes from seeding or sticking to seedling extraction.SOLUTION: A seedling-extrusion and hole-opening dual-purpose instrument comprises: seedling extrusion pins (12) disposed on an upper side of a planar base part (11) so as to extrude seedlings and hole opening pins (13) disposed on a lower side of the base part (11) so as to open holes for seeding or sticking.
