The purpose of the present disclosure is to provide a method for suppressing retinal fibrosis. The present inventors have found that retinal fibrosis can be suppressed by using an anti-endoglin antibody and a VEGF inhibitor in combination. Thus, provided is a suppressing agent for retinal fibrosis, which comprises an anti-endoglin antibody or an antigen-binding fragment thereof that is used in combination with a VEGF inhibitor.
