The present invention relates to a production method of a fertilizer including garlic as a main material, and more specifically, to a production method of the fertilizer including garlic as the main material using allelopathy. The purpose of the present invention is to provide an agricultural chemical including garlic as the main material using allelopathy by using the advantage of garlic. The production method of the fertilizer including garlic as the main material using allelopathy of the present invention comprises: putting 50 g of minced garlic into 1,000 cc of water, heating the minced garlic put into water for about 30 to 120 minutes to form an extract, and mixing the extract with water having an amount corresponding to 50 times larger than that of the extract.
