The present invention relates to a savoury composition. The savoury composition comprises:a. 26% - 65% by weight maltodextrin,b. 31% - 80% by weight fat,c. 0.1-12% by weight thickener selected from polyglycerol fatty acid ester or polyglycerol polycondensed fatty acid ester or vegetable or animal protein or vegetable gum, or cyclodextrin, and;d. less than 5% by weight water.
