PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bathing apparatus safely performing body washing work without inflicting an injury on a care-receiver and improving operability of side guards.SOLUTION: The bathing apparatus is raisably/tiltably provided with side guards 3 at side parts of a placement part 2.
