PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a milk-containing coffee jelly drink retaining homogeneous dispersion and stability of drink components, stabilized without causing generation of white solid and milk separation even when preserving for a long period as a sealed packaged drink, and retaining high quality and excellent product appearance, and to provide a method for producing the milk-containing coffee jelly drink.
SOLUTION: The method for producing the milk-containing coffee jelly drink stabilized in dispersion includes in the production process of the milk-containing coffee jelly drink, previously dispersing a gelling agent in a milk solution to prepare a milk solution dispersing gelling agent, adding the gelling agent to a coffee raw material so as to put the gelation component to the drink total amount in a 0.05-0.065 wt.% concentration range, and homogenizing the product. The milk-containing coffee jelly drink which is stabilized without causing generation of white solid and milk separation even when preserving for a long period as a sealed packaged drink is also provided.
