PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a respiration measuring device that can display an intraoral pressure so as to be able to decide appropriateness of exhalation or intake in a respiratory muscle strength measurement.SOLUTION: A respiration measuring device has a positive negative pressure input unit for entering positive negative pressure by holding it in a mouth； a pressure sensor for measuring this positive negative pressure； a processing unit for processing a signal from the pressure sensor； and a display unit connected to the processing unit and performing two-dimensional display of the positive negative pressure in a time axis and a pressure axis. The respiration measuring device displays the positive negative pressure in the direction of travel of the time axis with the movement of time in the display unit, and measures a maximum average exhalation intra-oral pressure (PEmax) in a predetermined time and a maximum average intake intra-oral pressure in a predetermined time. The display of the positive negative pressure is scrolled so as not to exceed a predetermined position of the time axis. The scrolling is stopped after the time point of arrival at the threshold when the positive negative pressure reaches an exhalation threshold (+PEth) or an intake threshold, and the positive negative pressure is displayed in the direction of travel of the time axis.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4【課題】 呼吸筋力測定時において、呼気または吸気の適切性を判断できるように口腔内圧力を表示可能な呼吸測定装置を提供すること。【解決手段】 口にくわえることにより陽陰圧を入力する陽陰圧入力部と、この陽陰圧を測定する圧力センサと、同圧力センサからの信号を処理する処理部と、同処理部に接続され陽陰圧を時間軸と圧力軸で二次元表示する表示部とを有し、表示部には時間の進行に伴って時間軸の進行方向に対して陽陰圧を表示し、所定時間内における最大平均呼気口腔内圧（ＰＥｍａｘ）と所定時間内における最大平均吸気口腔内圧とを測定する。陽陰圧の表示は時間軸の所定位置を超えないようにスクロールされ、陽陰圧が呼気閾値（＋ＰＥｔｈ）または吸気閾値に至る閾値到達時点以降、スクロールを停止すると共に時間軸の進行方向に対して陽陰圧を表示する。【選択図】 図４
