The present invention relates to a medical light irradiation and monitoring device which comprises an optical fiber unit for transmitting light, and a needle part coupled to an end of the optical fiber unit and partially inserted into the body. The optical fiber unit includes a first optical fiber part for irradiating light coming from a light source to a target and a second optical fiber part for receiving light reflected from the target with light emitted from the first optical fiber part. The needle part is inserted into the body to irradiate the target with light via the first optical fiber part, and the target can be monitored in real time using the light received from the second optical fiber part.본 발명은 의료용 광조사 및 모니터링 장치에 관한 것으로, 빛을 전달하는 광섬유유닛 및 상기 광섬유유닛의 말단에 결합되며, 일부가 체내로 삽입되는 바늘부를 포함하며, 상기 광섬유유닛은, 광원으로부터 입사되는 빛을 타깃에 조사하는 제1 광섬유부 및 상기 제1 광섬유부에서 조사한 빛으로, 타깃에서 반사된 빛을 수광하는 제2 광섬유부를 포함하며, 상기 바늘부를 체내에 삽입하여 상기 제1 광섬유부를 통해 타깃에 빛을 조사하고, 상기 제2 광섬유부에서 수광한 빛을 이용하여 타깃을 실시간으로 모니터링할 수 있다.
