The present invention relates to a mobile X-ray apparatus that supplies operating power to an X-ray irradiator through a lithium-ion battery and controls over-currents generated during X-ray irradiation. The mobile X-ray apparatus includes: an X-ray irradiating unit； a control unit for controlling the X-ray irradiating unit； a power supply unit for supplying operating power to the X-ray irradiating unit and the control unit by using the lithium ion battery and controlling overcurrent generated upon X-ray irradiation by the X-ray irradiation unit； and a charge unit for charging the power supply unit.
