The invention provides a liquid suspension comprising an antifungally effective amount of the micronized compound represented by the chemical structural formula I: at least one thickening agent, at least one non-ionic surfactant, and a pharmaceutically acceptable liquid carrier. The invention also provides a dosing unit comprising the compound of chemical structural Formula I for use as a medicament, wherein the compound of chemical structural Formula I is micronized to a mean particle size of 1000 nm to 1800 nm, and the dosing unit comprises at least one thickening agent, at least one non-ionic surfactant, and a pharmaceutically acceptable liquid carrier, and comprises the compound of chemical structural formula I in an amount of 200 mg per 5 ml dose.
