PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a storage cell for a substance to be administered which enables a person who can hardly move finger tips skillfully to easily take out a substance to be administered.SOLUTION: A storage cell for a substance to be administered comprises a storage part 2 for storing a substance J to be administered, and an outlet part 3 formed by overlapped sheets 1a, 1b. The sheets 1a, 1b forming the outlet part 3 are folded at a folding portion 23 so as to close the outlet part 3. The sheets 1a, 1b forming the outlet part 3 are partially fixed to the storage part 2 so as to maintain the folded state.
