PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dental prosthesis which has high strength and stiffness capable of metal replacement and can be molded by a simple method, and to provide a production method thereof.SOLUTION: There are provided a frame material for producing a dental prosthesis consisting of a fiber-reinforced resin composite sheet containing (A) a continuous inorganic fiber substrate consisting of two or more inorganic fiber bundles, and (B) a crystalline thermoplastic resin having a hydrogen bond site a dental prosthesis produced with a frame material for producing the dental prosthesis and a method for producing of the dental prosthesis.
