PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a partial denture which excels in attachment and detachment nature, stability at the time of mounting, feeling, sensuousness, and repair nature, and in which the economical burden to a user is also small.SOLUTION: The partial denture 1 with which the deficit section of teeth in an oral cavity is equipped, includes: a denture base 2 artificial teeth 3 planted at the denture base 2 and a maintenance section which is formed so as to extend to be two-forked from the denture base 2 by making a base end part 41 the area made into the gap between an artificial tooth 3 and a natural tooth X1 which adjoins the same, attachably and detachably holds the undercut part UC of the one natural tooth X1 or two or more natural teeth X1 and X2 which adjoin the denture base 2 from the both sides of a labial surface and a lingual surface, and engages to the undercut part UC, wherein the denture base 2 and the maintenance section are integrally formed by a thermoplastic resin, and elastic sections 43 and 44 consisting of an elastic material integrally fixed to the thermoplastic resin are formed at the section which contacts with the natural teeth X1 and X2 and a mucous membrane of the periphery which are engaged, to the inside surface side of the maintenance section.COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT【課題】着脱性、装着時の安定性、装着感、審美性、修復性に優れ、使用者への経済的な負担も小さい局部床義歯を提供する。【解決手段】口腔内の歯の欠損部に装着する局部床義歯1を、義歯床2と、義歯床2に植設された人工歯3と、人工歯3と隣接する天然歯X1との隙間に相当する領域を基端部41として義歯床2から二股に分かれて延出するように形成されて義歯床2に隣接する1本の天然歯X1又は複数本の天然歯X1,X2のアンダーカット部UCを唇側面及び舌側面の両側から着脱可能に把持し且つアンダーカット部UCに係合する維持部とを備えた構成として、義歯床2と維持部は、熱可塑性樹脂により一体に形成し、維持部の内面側に、係合する天然歯X1,X2及びその周辺の口腔粘膜と接触する部位に、熱可塑性樹脂に一体的に固定した弾性材料からなる弾性部43,44を形成した。【選択図】図5
