PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily and quickly attach a lid body to a tank body in an agricultural material supply device including a material tank, and a supply part taking out agricultural materials from the material tank and supplying a field therewith, where the lid body is swingably and openably/closably supported by the tank body of the material tank.SOLUTION: Each of hinge mechanisms 70 for connecting a tank body 31 and a lid body 36, includes a hinge pin 75 that is inserted into first pin holes 73 of support parts 71 provided at the tank body 31, and second pin holes 74 of connection parts 72 provided at the lid body 36. The hinge pins 75 are formed at both ends sides with respect to connection pins 76 swingably connecting the connection parts 72 to the support parts 71 and include coming-off prevention flanges 77 having an outer diameter larger than an outer diameter of the connection pins 76.
