PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a corn harvesting machine having little possibility of damaging an upper cover in a harvesting device.SOLUTION: The corn harvesting machine includes: a separation rotary body 30 for separating corn bunch-like bodies from standing culm a conveyance device 31 for conveying the separated corn bunch-like bodies toward a car body rearward an upper cover 32 that opens a passage area through which the standing culm subject to harvesting can pass and covers the upper parts of the separation rotary body 30 and the conveyance device 31 and a cover support frame 85 for supporting the upper cover 32. The upper cover 32 has a tapered grass-dividing operation part 76, and a cover body 77 continuously connected from the back of the grass-dividing operation part 76.
