To provide a decorative powder dispersion composition that allows stable spraying of a powder coating material containing a pearlescent agent by an inkjet printing method in order to beautifully decorate the surface of a solid cosmetic, and that can exhibit excellent usability with respect to a dried cosmetic. This decorative powder dispersion composition is characterized by containing (B) 2-30 parts by weight of a pearlescent agent with respect to (A) 100 parts by weight of an aqueous solution in which 0.1-0.8 mass% of a thickener containing one or more selected from agar, quince seeds, and pectin is dissolved.本發明為了將固形化妝料之表面裝飾得美麗，而提供一種裝飾用粉末分散組成物，其可藉由噴墨印刷法穩定地噴射含有珠光劑之粉體塗料，而且乾燥後之化妝料可發揮優異之使用性。本發明之裝飾用粉末分散組成物之特徵在於：相對於（A）溶解有0.1～0.8質量%之由選自瓊脂、榅桲籽（quince seed）及果膠中之一種或兩種以上所構成之增黏劑的水溶液100重量份，含有（B）珠光劑2～30重量份。
