An ophthalmological imaging device according to an embodiment of the present invention includes an objective lens, an interference optical system, an image formation unit, and an analysis unit. The interference optical system divides light from a light source into measurement light and reference light, uses the objective lens to cause the measurement light to become incident on an eye under examination, and detects interference light between the reference light and return light of the measurement light that has exited from the eye under examination and passed through the objective lens. The image formation unit forms an image of the eye under examination on the basis of interference light detection results acquired by the interference optical system. The analysis unit analyses at least two images based on at least two detection results acquired by the interference optical system while the relative position between the objective lens and the eye under examination is in different states, to remove the visualized noise in corresponding positions in the at least two images.
