The present invention relates to a portable microcurrent treatment device using high voltage which improves convenience while in use, is selective with respect to pain region of a patient and remarkably improves on pain treatment by applying appropriate stimulation. The present invention comprises: a portable case with a hollow cubic shape wherein a cover to open and close the front surface is installed and a vertical partition is attached； a controller which is mounted on one side of the partition inside the portable case and is connected to voltage to be separable, and in which a power on/off switch is installed on the front surface, a voltage circuit to increase voltage is installed inside, and an output port is installed on the front part for the increased voltage by the voltage circuit to be output to the outside； a first connection plug which is accommodated inside the portable case and is inserted to the output port to be separable； and a voltage generator wherein a first electric line is connected to the first connection plug, and a needle bar is connected to the end part of the first electric line.본 발명은 휴대가 간편하여 사용상의 편의성이 향상되고 환자의 통증 부위에 대한 선택적이며 적절한 자극이 가능하여 통증 치료가 현저히 향상되도록 하는 휴대용 고전위를 이용한 미세전류 치료기에 관한 것으로, 상기 전위 치료기는 상면에 개폐 가능하게 커버가 설치되고, 내측에 수직의 구획판이 부착되는 중공된 입방체 형태의 휴대 케이스와； 상기 구획판의 일측으로 상기 휴대 케이스의 내부에 장착되고, 상용 전압에 분리 가능하게 연결되며, 상면에 전원온오프 스위치가 설치되고, 상용 전압을 승압시키도록 내부에 승압회로부가 설치되며, 상기 승압회로부에 의해 승압된 전압이 외부로 출력되도록 상면에 출력포트가 설치되는 컨트롤러와； 상기 구획판의 타측으로 상기 휴대 케이스의 내부에 수용되고, 상기 출력포트에 끼워져 분리 가능하게 접속되는 제1 접속플러그가 일단에 구비되며, 상기 제1 접속플러그에 제1 전선이 연결되고, 상기 제1 전선의 끝단에 침봉부가 연결되는 제1 전위발생기를； 포함한다.
