The present invention discloses a positioning method for a C-arm with a guide system. The positioning method includes the following steps: providing the C-arm with the guide system, deriving a coordinate transformation relationship, deriving a relative space relationship, moving the C-arm, taking a first photograph, marking an interested capture point, and taking a second photograph. According to the positioning method of the invention, the spatial relationship is calculated on the basis of the coordinate transformation relationship and the relative space relationship. C-arm is moved and positioned according to the spatial relationship, and then takes the first photograph. Subsequently, the interested capture point is marked and the C-arm is moved again to face the interested capture point to take the second photograph. Therefore, it only takes two photographs to move the injury to the center of the image, so as to reduce times of taking photograph and lower the amount of the X-ray radiation.本發明係為一種結合C型臂與導引系統之定位方法,其包括下列步驟:提供具有影像校正器之C型臂;取得座標轉換關係式;取得相對空間關係式;移動C型臂;進行第一次拍攝;標示欲拍攝點;以及進行第二次拍攝。本發明之定位方法藉由座標轉換關係式與相對空間關係式,透過計算其空間關係並定位後進行第一次拍攝,接續標示感興趣之欲拍攝點後,再進行二次拍攝,因此只需兩次拍攝即可將傷患處調整至拍攝定位,藉此可減少拍攝次數,進而降低暴露於X光下的輻射線量。S10...提供具有一影像校正器之一C型臂S20...取得一座標轉換關係式S30...取得一相對空間關係式S40...移動C型臂S50...進行第一次拍攝S60...標示一欲拍攝點S70...進行第二次拍攝
