PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a levee plastering machine allowing a levee top forming plate to be easily replaced.SOLUTION: The levee plastering machine 1 includes: a soil banking body 3 a levee side surface forming body 16 and a levee top forming body 17. The levee top forming body 17 includes a base member 31 and a plurality of levee top forming plates 32 for forming levee tops while rotating together with the base member 31. The levee top forming body 17 also includes a plurality of holding members 33 for holding part of the levee top forming plates 32 between the holding member and the base member 31, and a single stopper plate 35 for restraining the levee top forming plates 32 and the holding members 33 from moving in the direction opposite from the levee side surface forming body side.
