PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a levee-plastering machine able to perform an appropriate levee-plastering operation corresponding to changes in soil quality.SOLUTION: The levee-plastering machine 1 includes a rotary mounding means 3 for mounding soil and a levee-forming means 4 for compacting the mound by the mounding means 3 to form the levee. The levee-forming means 4 includes an almost truncated cone-like levee side face-forming body 32 and an almost cylindrical levee upper face-forming body 33.
