To this end, the present invention comprises: a motor; a rotary circle plate, which is shaft-coupled to the motor and has blades at a predetermined height to scatter solid when the solid is scattered; a cover member partially covering an outer circumferential surface of the rotary circle plate to scatter the solid in an opening direction; a frame to which the cover member and the motor are attached; and variable mounts which are rotatably installed on upper and lower ends of both sides of the frame, respectively, wherein the variable mounts control the inclination angle of the rotary circle plate by controlling the length between upper and lower sides when the variable mounts are attached to a solid supply unit. The variable mount includes a scattering angle control member for holding the front end of the cover member in an opened or closed state so as to control the opening width of the cover member. The variable mount includes a fixing bar rotatably installed at upper and lower ends of both sides of the frame; a variable bar for controlling the length of the fixing bar through pin coupling while accommodating the fixing bar; and a mount bracket provided at the rear end of the variable bar so that the mount bracket can be attached to the solid supply unit through a coupling hole. The frame has a prevention plate at a predetermined height so as to prevent the solid from frying toward the rear of the rotary circle plate.
