PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gas liquid transporting apparatus for transporting a proper quantity of a gas or a liquid having extremely narrow diameter in a fixed direction.
SOLUTION: The gas liquid transporting apparatus is provided with a pressure chamber 31 housing the gas or the liquid having extremely narrow diameter, a discharge port 33 opened to the pressure chamber 31, a drive device 100 which is provided at a position opposed to the discharge port and varies the volume of the pressure chamber 31 and a control circuit 43 for controlling the drive device 100, by which the gas or the liquid having extremely narrow diameter in the pressure chamber 31 is discharged from the discharge port 33 to the outside of the pressure chamber 31 in a massive state, to transport to an optional area. The drive device 100 comprises a coil 15 receiving input power from the control circuit 43, a bobbin 14 on which the coil 15 is wound, a magnet generation part for generating magnetic force field around the coil 15, a vibration plate 17 provided in one end side of the bobbin 14, a large diameter nearly deformed edge 20 formed to stick to the vibration plate 17 to hold the vibration plate 17 and a frame 19 holding one end of the large diameter deformed edge 20 and a magnetic force generation part.
