PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress noise generated in vibration even in a constitution capable of conveying a vortex ring to a far optional area by driving at a large vibration amplitude.
SOLUTION: This fluid conveying device includes: a pressurization chamber 1 having an opening hole 5 a drive device 100 for driving a vibration plate 101 to move forward and backward on the basis of an input signal for pressurizing air in the pressurization chamber and releasing the air from the opening hole and a signal transmitting means for transmitting an input signal from which a frequency component equal to or larger than a character frequency of the vibration plate is removed to the drive device. The noise generated in vibration can be suppressed without reducing a fluid conveying amount.
