Using the hole of card, on suspended what wall, and the fastener of rotatable card or its back side so that card can one object of any combination what, what meets under eye test specification, and tester can carry out eyesight test； Through plural card, its is small in size and have being convenient for carrying property, and has the function of simple fixed one object of what, and reaching tester can be handy to carry about, and can any place of what carry out eyesight test.本創作係為一種可攜式視力卡組，包括有複數卡片。每一卡片其一側面設有第一表面及其另一側面設有第二表面，而卡片於其第一表面設有一視力檢測圖樣(如：藍道爾氏C字或史奈侖氏E字)，且每一卡片所設視力檢測圖樣皆不相同，於卡片其邊界處設有至少一孔洞，或卡片於其第二表面設有一接合件(如：魔鬼氈或磁性元件)。利用卡片之孔洞，可吊掛於牆上，並可旋轉卡片，或其背面之接合件，使得卡片可任意結合於一物體，於符合視力檢查規範下，測試者即可進行視力測驗；透過複數卡片其體積小而具方便攜帶性，並具有簡易固定於一物體之機能，達到測試者可方便隨身攜帶，以及可於任何場所進行視力測驗。
