The second sidewall has an expandingwall that is movablebetween a retracted position and an extended position. The mobile screeningapparatus also has ascanner positioned in the patient compartment. The scanner has a lengthdimension extendinglongitudinally within the patient compartment. A scanning table is positionedwithin the patientcompartment. The scanning table is movable in relation to the scanner. Thepatient compartmentis positioned upon a chassis of a vehicle. A generator is connected to thescanner so as to supplypower to the scanner. In particular, the scanner is a lung scanner.
