PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow bending of even an osteosynthesis plate constituted of a high-brittleness material avoiding the risk of breaking the material, without requiring experienced skill in work.SOLUTION: A processing device 1 for an osteosynthesis plate A comprises: two receiving parts 8 disposed with a space between them a pressing part 9 which presses toward the receiving parts 8 the osteosynthesis plate A supported bridging the receiving parts 8 manual operation parts 5, 6 for applying external force and pressing force delivery mechanisms 3, 4 which delivers the external force applied on the manual operation parts 5, 6 and converts it into a pressing force by the pressing part 9 and receiving parts 8.
