FIELD: medicine.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to traumatology and orthopedics, and can be used in the osteosynthesis of tubular bone fractures. Provide access to the bone marrow channel of the damaged bone, through which a pin from biodegradable material is inserted into the bone. Pin is a hollow tube, in the walls of which there are multiple holes with a diameter of about 1/3 of the diameter of the pin. Then a liquid osteoplastic material is introduced through the cavity of this pin and into the medullary canal. After the osteoplastic material hardens, a solid structure is formed that completely fills the medullary canal, which leads to reliable fixation of bone fragments. To ensure even greater reliability of fixation of bone fragments in the necessary for the accretion of bone position of fragments, blocking elements made of biodegradable material are used. Blocking elements can be made in several versions: screws, composite spokes, etc. Composite needles are a product of biodegradable material, consisting of two parts connected by a threaded connection and are used as follows: when the required depth of insertion of the spokes into the bone is reached, a portion of the spokes remains in the bone to fix the bone fragments, and the rest is removed. Then the surgical wound is sutured.EFFECT: method allows to securely fix the bone fragments and ensure their accretion in the desired position, does not require repeated operations to remove the installed metal structures.1 cl, 6 dwg
