After that precise number of screws for plate fixation is selected, with parameters of screws for fixation of plates being selected by formula: n = Pd / [?]×S where: n is number of screws Pd is acting on plate longitudinal force [?] is tau, permissible stress on cut S is area of transverse screw section, with application of screws in accordance with fixation rules, with calculations of main parameters of bearing plates and determination of strength and number of screws and their fixing properties being carried out of each of possible diameters of tubular bones. In addition, plates and screws are made for blocked extramedullary osteosynthesis of tubular bones. For this purpose possible diameters of tubular bones are selected. Calculations of parameters of extramedullary plates and fastening elements are performed. Data are combined in table and number sets of respective plates and fixing screws are made.
