The present invention relates to a method for cultivating Arabidopsis thaliana (L.) Heynh. More specifically, the present invention relates to a method for cultivating Arabidopsis thaliana (L.) Heynh, comprising the following steps: a germination step of germinating Arabidopsis thaliana (L.) Heynh at 23-27°C under a photoperiod of 8-16 h； and a seedling culture step of culturing seedling thereof at a temperature less than 18-23°C under a photoperiod of 10-18 h. According to the present invention, it is possible to derive induction of florescence and effects of promoting leaf growth through regulation of florescence and germination in Arabidopsis thaliana (L.) Heynh.본 발명은 애기장대의 재배방법에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세하게는 23 내지 27℃의 온도, 광주기 8h 내지 16h 조건 하에서 수행되는 발아 단계； 및 18 내지 23℃ 미만의 온도, 광주기 10h 내지 18h 조건 하에서 수행되는 육묘 단계를 포함하는, 애기장대의 재배방법에 관한 것이다.
